Hagar Erwuah

I run the operating system behind a founder's ideas.
Hagar Erwuah

Four years coordinating the people, platforms, and daily rhythm behind fast-growing communities, from an 8,000-learner support network to a 1,000+ member LinkedIn community I launched from zero. I turn a leader's time-poor thinking into a system that runs itself.

30-second version: I'm the person a busy founder hands their raw thinking to and gets back a running system: a content queue, an engaged community, and the right doors opened, without having to manage me through it. I've done this at scale before: 8,000+ learners, 1,000+ members on a page I built from zero, and the retention numbers to back it up.

Why this role fits

I've already run this exact job, just not with this exact title.

At ALX, I was the person who turned a fast-moving program into a structured, daily-running community: building the channels, keeping the rhythm, mentoring the people under me, and translating raw data into a story stakeholders could act on. TechWolf's mission of helping enterprises redeploy people instead of laying them off is close to work I already believe in: I've spent my career on the operational side of helping people move forward.

What I don't have yet is a public Substack track record. What I do have is proof I can build an audience-facing system from nothing, keep it running with minimal oversight, and get real retention numbers out of it. I've laid that proof out below.

A founder's idea, repurposed for LinkedIn

MW
Founder Name
Co-founder, followed by 10,000+
Every enterprise I talk to says some version of the same thing: we don't actually know what our people can do anymore. Not because the data doesn't exist. Because it was never structured to be asked. For a decade, we've measured jobs, not tasks. Titles, not capability. That worked when roles were stable. It stops working when AI is quietly rewriting what a job means every quarter. The organisations getting ahead aren't the ones with the flashiest AI pilot. They're the ones who can answer, in real time: what do we have, what's changing, and where do we move people next. That's the redeployment question. It's a much better question than the layoff one.
Sample post, repurposed from a long-form essay idea, written to demonstrate cadence and voice

I wrote this from scratch to show how I'd take a founder's core thesis (here, a plausible take on "the labour market becoming computable") and shape it into a scroll-stopping, LinkedIn-native post without flattening the idea. Swap in a real essay and I'll match his actual voice, not this placeholder one.
